Collings Johnston Inc. (CJI) is a technical management consulting company providing advisory and management services on major transportation and infrastructure projects across Canada. We help develop and implement projects by supporting government owners, contractors and engineers on their most challenging initiatives. We also provide mediation roles such as lender’s technical advisor and independent certifier. We are pleased to be partnered with Associated Engineering to provide the role of Independent Certifier on the Warman Martensville Interchanges Project.

Kiewit
Peter Kiewit Infrastructure Co. with Western Canada operations based out of Burnaby, BC will serve as overall Project management. With experience in major highway design-build infrastructure projects throughout Western Canada and North America, Kiewit brings a wealth of experience and talent to the Project. Kiewit looks to build on its history of successful Saskatchewan infrastructure projects such as: Gardiner Dam, Nipawin Dam, the Outlook River Bridge, and the North Battleford Energy Centre. In addition to providing overall project management, Kiewit will also be designing and constructing portions of the project.
